LC SITE MANAGEMENT
Storm Water Compliance & Erosion Control
Serving San Diego County builders and developers
Keep Your Site Compliant. Keep Your Project Moving.
LC Site Management delivers SWPPP compliance, BMP installation, and rain-event monitoring so your job site passes inspection, avoids fines, and stays on schedule — backed by 25+ years of hands-on construction experience.
Why LC Site Management
We know the paperwork and the dirt.
LC Site Management is run by a former construction supervisor and licensed general contractor with 25+ years in the field. That’s the difference: the compliance we deliver is buildable, because it’s written and overseen by someone who’s actually done the work.
We’re your single accountable partner across the whole compliance program. We self-perform QSP inspections, and we partner with certified engineering firms for QSD-signed SWPPPs and with licensed BMP contractors for installation — with our own oversight on every piece so your plan, your inspections, and your installed controls all line up.
What you get:
• Field-tested judgment — plans and BMPs that work in real site conditions, not just on paper.
• On-site responsiveness — fast, hands-on service across Southern California and the desert inland.
• Plain communication — straight answers, no compliance jargon dumped on you.
• One accountable point of contact — we own the outcome and coordinate the partners.
How We Work
Site Assessment — We walk your site, review plans and permits, and identify your compliance requirements and risk points.
Plan & Install — We prepare your SWPPP and install the right BMPs for your phase and conditions.
Monitor & Maintain — We handle inspections, rain-event response, and reporting so you stay compliant through project close.
Our Services
-
A site-specific Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan, prepared and signed by a certified Qualified SWPPP
Developer: Risk Level determination, BMP selection and detailing, site maps and exhibits, and full SMARTS / NOI / Permit Registration Document support. We develop these through our engineering-firm partners and provide the field oversight to make sure the plan is buildable on your specific site.
-
Ongoing compliance through construction, performed by our Qualified SWPPP Practitioner: routine weekly inspections, qualifying-rain-event inspections, BMP effectiveness checks, sampling support, and corrective-action tracking. Every report embeds time- and geo-stamped photo and video — a defensible, audit-ready record, not the text-only paperwork of template shops.
-
We coordinate and oversee licensed BMP contractors who install and maintain your stormwater controls — silt fence, fiber rolls and wattles, inlet protection, gravel bags, stabilized construction entrances, hydroseeding, and more — and we verify every install matches your approved SWPPP.
-
Practical, on-the-ground problem-solving for grading, drainage, and site conditions — from a partner who’s managed construction for 25+ years.
Our PartnershipsOne accountable partner, backed by a vetted team.
LC Site Management is built around a simple idea: you get a single point of contact who owns the outcome — and behind that, a network of specialists chosen and overseen by us.
Engineering-firm partners (QSD / SWPPP development). We work with certified Qualified SWPPP Developers and engineering firms to prepare and sign your SWPPP. We stay involved on every plan, bringing the field perspective that keeps it buildable.
BMP implementation partners. We coordinate licensed erosion-control contractors to furnish and install your stormwater controls. We scope the work, schedule it, and inspect it against the approved plan.
Our oversight on everything. Whoever does the work, we’re the ones accountable for it. We review the plans, oversee the installs, self-perform the QSP inspections, and keep the documentation defensible — so nothing gets lost in the gaps between a developer, an installer, and an inspector.
The result: the coordination and buying power of a full team, with the accountability and single-contact simplicity of working with one experienced local partner.
